Portland Heights Addition & Kitchen Remodel
At this property, the owner worked with an architect to completely remodel the kitchen and create a family room addition. The project had a unique site condition: To create a footing for the addition, we removed the fill of a swimming pool and brought in and compacted structural rock. The interior features traditional architecture highlighted with a painted wood ceiling and beams, as well as vertical woodwork on selected walls. The cabinets are painted with flush inset doors.
