SW PDX Contemporary Remodel
This project was for an architect who designed her own remodel of a condo in Johns Landing. It was a complete renovation down to the concrete walls. The lines throughout the house are very clean. The base and door jambs sit flush with the drywall, while the Douglas-fir upper cabinets show the grain running horizontally. The island has a stone counter top with a waterfall edge. A large Fleetwood exterior door system opens to a balcony overlooking the Willamette River. Large format tiles in the kitchen create the backsplash. The master bathroom features vertical grain Douglas-fir cabinets.
